By accessing or using Nyx Solution ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and any other users of the Platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using Nyx Solution, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted. Each user may only maintain one account.
Nyx Solution is a digital marketplace. All products sold are digital goods (accounts, e-books, software licenses, codes, etc.) and are delivered electronically.
Delivery is processed automatically upon confirmed payment. Products are delivered to your account dashboard and, where applicable, to your registered email address.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product content has been delivered and accessed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on replacements.
⚠ We strictly prohibit the following activities on this Platform:
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of wallet balance, and may result in a report to the relevant authorities.
All transactions are protected by our escrow system. Payments are held until digital products are successfully delivered.
A 5% platform fee is charged on all transactions. This fee is non-refundable and covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and buyer/seller protection services.
Supported payment methods include Wallet Balance, FPX (ToyyibPay), and USDT cryptocurrency. We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by users.
Wallet balances are stored in your account and can be used for purchases on the Platform. Wallet funds may be withdrawn subject to verification and our withdrawal policies.
We reserve the right to freeze or suspend wallet balances if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or policy violations pending investigation.
Wallet balances have no cash value outside the Platform unless a withdrawal is approved.
All content on Nyx Solution — including logos, design, code, and text — is the property of Nyx Solution and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Sellers retain ownership of the digital content they list. By listing a product, sellers warrant that they have the legal right to sell that content and that doing so does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Nyx Solution takes intellectual property violations seriously. Infringing content will be removed immediately upon notice.
Nyx Solution acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or fitness for purpose of any product listed by sellers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyx Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
